This season, for his second and final year as Artist-in-Residence for the Acoustic Café Series, Darrell returns to create two programs with Orchestra Nashville that are sure to lead you to new and undiscovered musical landscapes.

For this opening concert, Darrell has brought together some of the greatest pickers on the planet to create a band that will integrate with the Orchestra Nashville strings for a sound like no other.

Don Hart's inspiring arrangments will seemlessly meld Orchestra Nashville's worlds of music with the acoustic aesthetic of these amazing artists. This program blends the best of Nashville's eclectic music community into a one-of-a-kind sound that only Orchestra Nashville can deliver.

[Darrell Scott's] studio recordings showcase his skills as a vocalist and songwriter, which are considerable. But it is in concert that one truly discovers that Darrell Scott is one monstrous musician.
